Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 35 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

13 suites are located in the main part of the castle and three are in the annexes.

Thanks to its privileged location, this is the ideal spot for exploring Tuscany's artistic and historical gems. Stroll a few metres and behold the majesty of the Monteriggioni fort. Marvel at the towers of San Gimignano situated 2 km away, walk the path of the ancient alleys of Colle Vald’Elsa or enjoy the unique charm of Siena. Travel a little further and savour the sights of Florence with its wealth of museums and architectural treasures or simply wander round the Tuscan countryside and discover the eternal charm of abbeys secluded in the olive groves.

ByCar; From Rome -Take the Motorway A1 in the direction of Florence. -Continue untill Val di Chiana exit. -Follow the sign to Siena (SGC Siena -Bettolle) -Arrive at Siena Exit and continue in the direction of Florence. -After about 15 km take the Monteriggioni Exit and follow the indication to Strove. From Florence -Take the Certosa (Motorway A1) -Take the motorway FI-SI -Exit Monteriggioni. -Follow the sign to Strove.
