Fattoria Pratale Enjoy the scenery and peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside at Fattoria Pratale. This converted manor house is divided into self-catering apartments for your total privacy and independence. Set on a beautiful hillside, Fattoria Pratale features 2 swimming pools, a bowling lane and mountain bike hire. The apartments all overlook the swimming pools and the vineyards of the valley below. You are welcomed to your apartment with bottles of wine produced at the Pratale Farm. In mid and high season you can enjoy a welcome buffet and a guided tour around the farm’s winery. Housekeepers are available to assist you with any of your needs.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Fattoria Pratale is conveniently situated for those wishing to explore the surrounding region. The Firenze-Siena motorway is nearby with Florence 20km away and Siena 40km away. The area is full of small towns where you can do your shopping in the supermarkets and stores.

Travel information

By Car: - Take the Milano-Roma A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Certosa. - Continue along the Firenze-Siena motorway and exit at Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. - At the stop, turn right and then take the 2nd street to your right. - Follow the signs for Badia a Passignano and after 2 km, turn left at the sign for Fattoria Pratale.
