Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. The 21 rooms and 7 suites are all independent from each other and have been created within the original houses of the Medieval hamlet. With period furniture, the rooms look onto the charming 42-acre park surrounding Vèscine.

Food & beverage

The restaurant serves typical Tuscan and Chianti Cuisine combined with fine wines from Vescine. The following services are available on request: - Wine tasting: samples of Tuscan wines with explanations by the Enologo. - Cooking Class: the courses will be held by the chef who will demonstrate the recipes, with the participants actively taking part.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico's Gallo Nero territory, between Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti (only 5 km away from the 2 towns), famous throughout the world for its wines, vineyards and wine cellars. Borgo di Vescine has been retained in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside, composed of oak woods, vineyards, olive trees.

By Car: From Firenze - Take the Autostrada A1: - Exit at Firenze Certosa. - Conitnue in the direction of San Donato. - Follow signs for Castellina in Chianti; you will find Radda in Chianti 6 km before. From Roma: - Take the Autostrada A1. - Exit at Montevarchi. - Follow signs for Radda in Chianti. From Siena: - Follow directions for Castellina in Chianti. - You will find Radda in Chianti 6 km before it.

Important information

The hotel is closed during the winter season. The hotel will be open from the 2nd April to the 2nd November 2007.
