Fattoria Querceto Fattoria Querceto is a traditional, Tuscan farmhouse with beautiful views across the vineyards of the Pesa Valley. Its grounds feature a swimming pool, bowling green, and tennis court. Each self-catering apartment is decorated in a classic, Tuscan style and overlooks the swimming pool and surrounding vineyards. Mountain bikes are available to rent and are an ideal way to explore the area. The swimming pool is open from May until September. Occasionally Fattoria Querceto is only bookable for longer stays of 2 nights or more, and 7 nights or more during the summer.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
