Apartments: cleaning, heating and breakfast are not included in the rate but are available on request with extra charge on the spot. Upon arrival, you must pay a refundable damage deposit of EUR 250 for apartments, and EUR 750 for Villa Castrum. Wi-Fi access is available in public areas. It costs 5 EUR for the whole stay. You'll receive a password at reception. Please note, cash payments over EUR 1,000.00 are not permitted under current Italian law.
