All the Hotels in Chianti with on-line availability

The Chianti Cycling Park is an inland area of Chianti, full of streets particularly suitable for this activity. Thanks to the initiative and the passion of the founders of the Chianti Cycling Park Association, 5 towns have joined the project: Castellina in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Gaiole in Chianti, Radda in Chianti and Greve in Chianti. The 400 kilometres of asphalt streets included in the project are usually streets with low presence of traffic. Altitude never goes over 900 metres, and the morphology of the territory offers a wide choice of paths, according to the different needs of cyclotourism. Moreover, cycling through Chianti allows the tourist to fully experience the amazing beauty of Tuscany nature, in a calmer and more natural way. The particular morphology of the Chianti territory made it possible to reserve a wide series of country roads to bikes (in this case mountain bikes), climbing up and down the hills and woods.
Cyclotourism is best represented through a competition, the Eroica, a cyclotouristic race mainly held on gravel roads, which remains an unmissable tradition both for local people and the tourists visiting the area.
